How are we inhibiting our natural flow and creating pain and injury? In these sessions we will debunk the myths of ‘good posture’ – ‘feet flat on the floor’, ‘straight back’ and ‘shoulders back and down’. By waking up the spine and the feet, by finding our ground and allowing our shoulders to move freely and our breath to support us we will invite the whole body to participate in the dance of sound we are creating, promoting efficiency and ease in our playing.
