The Heart of the Musician follows on from Ruth's four-week Introduction to Mindfulness course, The Mindful Musician. Concentrating on the second wing of mindfulness - compassion (the first being wisdom or clear thinking) - this course will focus on the four main heart practices from Buddhist teaching: Loving kindness, compassion, shared joy and equanimity.
